Kundalini Yoga is a branch of Tantric Yoga that was brought to the United States in the late 60s by Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji, also known as Yogi Bhajan. He felt called to bring this type of yoga out of secrecy and into America, where he was adamant that he came to ‘make teachers, not get students.’
One fantastic Kundalini Yoga resource is the Library of Teachings, which has hundreds of archived kriyas, meditations and lectures taught by Yogi Bhajan.
